Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revolytics, a service operated by Spartano S.R.L. ("Spartano," "we," "us") that helps Amazon sellers automate review requests and monitor reviews and returns. By creating an account or otherwise using Revolytics, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be an active Amazon seller, or authorized to act on behalf of one, to use Revolytics. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to connect the Amazon Seller account in question and to agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly at info@spartano.it if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Connecting Your Amazon Seller Account
Revolytics connects to your Amazon Seller account through the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), using the authorization flow provided by Amazon. You can revoke this authorization at any time from your Amazon Seller Central settings; doing so will stop Revolytics from accessing new data on your behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Revolytics, you agree not to:
- Use the service to send review requests outside the timeframe or manner permitted by Amazon policies, or to incentivize, manipulate, or gate reviews in any way.
- Use the service in a way that violates the Amazon Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, or Data Protection Policy, or any applicable law.
- Attempt to access data belonging to a seller account you are not authorized to represent.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service beyond its intended purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for any account found in breach of this section.
5. Subscription and Fees
Revolytics is currently in an early access phase. Pricing and subscription terms, once introduced, will be published on this website and, where applicable, presented to you before any charge is made.
6. Intellectual Property
Spartano retains all rights, title, and interest in the Revolytics software, branding, and related materials. You retain all rights to the data associated with your own Amazon seller business. Using Revolytics does not grant you any ownership over the underlying software.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of data, including data accessed through the SP-API, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Service Availability
Revolytics depends on the availability of the Amazon SP-API. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or limitations caused by Amazon systems that are outside our control. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Revolytics is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the service, including the number or content of reviews received, since that depends on the buyers themselves and on Amazon systems we do not control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spartano will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Revolytics, including loss of sales, profits, or data.
11. Termination
You may stop using Revolytics and disconnect your Amazon Seller account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to do so under the Amazon Data Protection Policy or Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above whenever changes are made and, for material changes, notify registered users directly.
13. Relationship with Amazon
Revolytics is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. All use of Amazon data is governed by the official SP-API terms in addition to these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court at the registered office of Spartano S.R.L., unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
